Zelzah Services provides professional consulting services related to investment strategy and management advisory. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

By engaging Zelzah Services for consulting services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Consulting Services

Zelzah Services provides professional consulting services, including but not limited to:

• portfolio strategy consulting
• alternative investment advisory
• family office consulting
• strategic investment analysis

Because these services involve professional time, expertise, and intellectual work, refunds are limited once services have been delivered.

2. Consultation Fees

Fees paid for scheduled consultations or advisory sessions are generally non-refundable once the session has occurred.

If a client cancels a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the client may request:

• rescheduling of the consultation, or
• a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Consulting Engagements

For larger consulting engagements or advisory projects:

• refunds may only be issued for services not yet performed
• completed consulting work is non-refundable

If a project is terminated early, any refundable amount will be calculated based on:

• work completed
• time spent
• expenses incurred

4. Retainers

If consulting services require a retainer, the retainer may be:

• applied to consulting services rendered, or
• partially refundable if work has not yet begun.

Once consulting work has commenced, the retainer may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work completed.

5. No Guarantee of Investment Results

Zelzah Services provides strategic consulting and advisory insights only.

We do not guarantee investment performance, returns, or financial outcomes.

Refunds will not be issued based on investment performance or financial decisions made by the client.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of the standard policy may be granted at the sole discretion of Zelzah Services in exceptional circumstances.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.
